Returns & Refunds Policy

Damaged or defective items

All shipments are fully insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please do not return it — simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery at anamdossantosoliveira+loja@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and issue a full refund once it is processed. If the carrier requests a physical inspection of the item, this will be arranged and paid for directly by the carrier/insurance, at no cost or inconvenience to you. Neither the buyer nor the seller is responsible for damage occurring in transit — this is what the included insurance is for.

Change of mind

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. A full refund of the item's price will be issued once the returned artwork is received and inspected.

How to request a return

Please contact us at anamdossantosoliveira+loja@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

Refund processing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
