About us

This shop (anasoliveirastudio) is operated by Ana Oliveira, based in Spain. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Products

All artworks sold are original, one-of-a-kind pieces, hand-painted by the artist. Because each piece is unique, no two works are identical, and future pieces may differ from those previously sold, even within the same series or style.

Colors, textures, and finer details may appear slightly different in person than in photographs, due to differences in screen calibration, lighting, and photography. We do our best to represent each piece accurately, but minor variation should be expected.

Each artwork sold includes a certificate of authenticity.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and do not include shipping, which is calculated separately at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card details.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in the case of a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the item (in the rare case of a technical error showing a sold piece as available). If this happens, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Intellectual property

The purchase of an artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only. The artist retains all copyright, reproduction, and image rights to the work. Buyers may not reproduce, print, or commercially use images of the artwork without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

While we take great care in creating, packaging, and shipping each piece, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of an artwork, beyond the value of the item itself and as covered by shipping insurance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and, where applicable, European Union consumer protection law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
